Meetings are typically held the fourth Tuesday of every month from 7pm to 8pm via Zoom.  Meeting invites are automatically sent to all club members in the Sunday WWFSC weekly update email just prior to the meeting date.  Or, you can simply email Shaun Taft at staft311@gmail.com and she will send you a link to join. 

We encourage you to attend a Board Meeting and add your voice to discussion concerning club activities. This is where we make decisions about overall club business and appreciate hearing from our members. Standing agenda items include a) General Topics, b) Treasurer’s Report, c) Mike Modano Ice Arena Report, d) Future Club Activities, e) Committee Reports, f) Old Business, and g) New Business. 

Please consider lending some of your talents to the following committees:

· Media – help with social media posts and website updates

· Fundraising – develop ideas to help support club sponsored activities like the Ice Show

· Testing – support the organization and implementation of an annual test session 

· Competition – coordinate tasks to host the annual All-American Classic competition

· Ice Show – a variety of opportunities include lobby décor, costumes, props
